To ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical governance, Farmers Organisation for Research Welfare Agriculture and Rural Development (FORWARD) has developed and adopted a comprehensive set of institutional policies and operational manuals.
These frameworks were recently strengthened through an institutional development process in collaboration with Dhwani Foundation. The policies guide the organization's internal management, programme implementation, and ethical standards.

> FORWARD is committed to providing a safe, dignified and harassment-free workplace for all staff, volunteers and associates. Our Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policy is framed as per the POSH Act, 2013, and outlines the mechanism for prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment at the workplace, including the constitution of Internal Committee (IC), reporting procedure, and awareness measures. The policy applies across all our operational areas in Odisha.
